Re: It's alive "HONDASAKI" 600RR AND 636 ORLANDO MADDNESS

nice ...strong honda frame and the best forks kawi ever put on a bike..
and those newer kawi wheels are light as a feather..
i would make the kawi rear pegs fit on there if i was you they are way longer then the honda ones

You used the 636 triples ? Was it a direct fit?

whats weird is the 05+ stem is shorter and smaller diameter at the top and looks like hes useing the 03/04 top bridge which will leave like a 1/2 CM gap in the stem hole..

and those are def 05 forks cause those rotors wouldn't work with out spacing the calipers.

Re: It's alive "HONDASAKI" 600RR AND 636 ORLANDO MADDNESS

i think the radiator was just droped when i took pic.

i used 929 upper and lower clamps. used 3m shipping tape to make up the diffrence in the lower clamp because the 636 forks are not as thick (out side dimater) as the 929 but the top clamp was perfict. rubber mallet with a few swings and it fit snug...
