I'm sorry . When i said a rubber mallet dead blow hammer , it is actually has a solid plastic bodied hammer , (not just the top part) .
And a dead blow hammer has shakey weight that you can hear in the striking part of hammer to give extra power when you strike something (hence the name Dead Blow) . It will not bounce . I seen the video .

I have seen a person do it by sitting in h/c position and jump to start the dent . Then use their hand as a hammer to finish it .
I can't remember if that was in Judgement Day 2 video , or Roninracer.com video . I'd have to watch it to find out

Mine turned out like dog ****.. But it works, and i'v already finally quit doing tank danglers 
Cracked in 2 places, had to jb weld it to stop the small gas leaks lol...

3 inch rubber mallet, then where it creased I attempted to beat the creases down to only have it crack
