i ment instead of goin through all of that why not just make one out of square tubing like the F4i's? im sure alot of people would by them, and doesnt seem liek it'd be to complicated to make

1. It doesnt look like a big chunk of steel hanging off the back of your bike
2. You can scrape it crooked without your bike getting tossed
3. To protect the tail
4. Tow hook for pulling other bikes out of the mud
5. It is the answer for world peace
and for people who just dont do bar tricks

its actually a *****, they would be around $500-$600, theres just too many holes to drill & tap. & most people dont know how to work on bikes, so it would be an installing nightmare to most. why not just keep the stock subframe, spend less money & have an easier install?

or just buy a honda & dont worry about it

Looks sweet, just a dumb question though...how does it mount? Is it bolted on or do you have tabs for it?

Also, to me at least, the bars on the side seem kind of short. I am sure it works, but it looks like it would kick up when the bar hits.

Re: MXD 05 gsxr 600/750 round bar

the bar mounts on the upper subframe at the 2 stock holes for the bar that connects both sides together & where the seat attaches. then on the lower mounts, it attaches to the subframe tabs. im not sure what bars on the side being too short means? we ran them to be just like the subframe.
