yea...same thing happened to me at the end of the summer here in md...cops came in and gave me 2 unregistered tickets, no helmet ticket and a wreckless and all this on a bike that wasnt even mine. I went to court, showed the bike was registered and told the judge i was in a parking lot and then the judge *****ed the cop and let me go off of all of my 2500 dollar fines... :YEAH

we have had cops watch us do our $h!t in parking lot's come over and give us props, there are some cool *** cops... but some who don't know what there jobs are and just like to F with us but 95% of the ones we run in to are cool as hell, and don't care as long as we are off the street's and I respect that.
But im going to get down where i can and when i can

You're totally right... I was gonna say to sheck the code... The Cop prolly gave hime a reckless where the code is directed towards a highway or public street... It's an entirely different code for private property... on top of that, they have to prove that the accused was risking LIFE LIMB or PROPERTY of themselves of someone else... FTP.
