i dont think so. look at this pic, look how far forward the gas cap is already and the shape of the tank. I think a smoothe dent job and some bondo would do it just fine and make it look sick that the one E posted up

Take a look at the pic and think about it. If the cap was in the back you could only fill up the tank 1/2 way. Gravity still works on gas.
