and i wouldnt let your welder touch your bike. good idea though, grind em down and paint it, no one will ever know....but im serious on that first sentence. looks like it was done with some flux core wire, am i right?

yeah it was. ive already crashed real hard with it , it held up just fine. it bent alittle but i just rebent it back.

If you have a mig welder, you can use argon/C02 mix gas, and those welds will look, and hold a lot better. I don't know much about bikes(yet), but welding is my thing.
