Bike progress...

Well my good friend, and riding buddy BJ Lanigan (http://www.outonparolepics.com/album...sion_Final.wmv to see a sample of his riding) is stripping down his bike, and redoing it. Doing all kinds of work. Here is the progress...

and the tank...

Damn that's what I said, and that's what Rob from IMR said today too haha. But BJ claims it is lower than it would be stock, I guess I haven't really looked to closely. I guess we'll find out when he gets his bike back together and tries to combo into a spreader. Either he'll rock it out, or i'll be taking him to the hospital, and his girlfriend is gonna be pissed!

Yeah we haven't either so that's why we gotta do it home made. Luckily BJ hass some welding skills, and has access to a really nice shop. Hopefully we'll be getting one on my bike in the next couple of weeks. Going to see how his works first. He's just waiting for some parts, to come in (front break line, and left rear-set) and the bike will be good to go. Painted the tank and rear plastics yesterday, and re-wrapped the seat. Should be all good. Hopefully it will be done by Tuesday. Weather is starting to get nice, and I am itching to ride. I hate going out by myself though, no one to clean you up off the pavement if you eat ****.

Both our motors are working just fine. We will be looking into dealing with the oil pickup this year though, get it taken care of before something does break. We'll see.

Re: Bike progress...

way to go pimping out the sv

you have a huge obstacle to overcome though,

most sv riders are 35yr old that want to be 18 again so there isnt a lot of respect for them in the sportbike world

but i have seen bj vids and he is sick on the good old v twin
