QT pump broke and soaked me and bike
Pump some how unscrewed out of main gas receptical, so the shutoff didn't kick in.
Was pumping gas one second,and was soaked the next. I ran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bike was smoking and it poured gas onto it till they shut it off...about 20-30 seconds. 20 gallons.
They didn't hose my bike off for 30-45 minutes and my Pirelli race tires just soaked in gas.
Arai and AlpineStars GP+ gloves SOAKED in gas! Jacket got gas on it and stinks...same w/ my Sidi Vert boots. 929's seats got soaked too and now my bike reeks of gas, and I can't park it in garage.

are they going to replace tires, seats, or anything? I'ld be pissed if that happened to me. Ask their manager to pay to get your bike washed with the plastics off, and to get the seats cleaned or replaced. I don't know what gas would do to tires.

Gas will suck the oils out of a tire...they are ruined as far as performance/confidence is concerned.
I have no doubt they will replace everything that was gasoline damaged, so I am not worried.
I thought it was kinda funny though, so I posted it

I had a pump get stuck once, thankfully it was just enough to soak my tank and get some on my jeans. I now look at the pump I chose before I get gas. It was kinda funny in a WTF way.
