1 city block is a 20th of a mile. 20 blox = 1 mile, ya heard?

Re: Got Blox?

I can do 5 blocks easy in a slow wheelie, and probably over a mile if I really tried on my 954 (but I'm afraid to loop it)

A block is a measurement not a distance between streets..

You're gonna loop a 3rd gear wheelie. You'll have to have it higher for it not to drop and chances are you'll be pretty close to balancing. Once you get up high 3rd gear doesn't have enough engine braking to keep you from looping if you go too high.

The best thing I can suggest is first gear. You'll be going slow so you won't get hurt if you wreck, and plus it'll rev out super quick if you don't learn to balance it, then all other gears will be easy.

Re: Got Blox?

I haven't had any problems yet it comes right up in 3rd and if I'm not feeling it it'll come right back down! It is fast though i'm at about 85-90, scarry chit at that speed!

Re: Got Blox?

Nevermind. I don't even do any wheelies above 50mph. I don't think you realize the damage you can do to yourself and your bike at speeds in excess of 90mph especially in a loop.

FHL I never thought I'd say this but that actually is very good advice.

I don't know, but this seems contradictory. If you can roll it slow for 5 blocks it means that you pretty much have your brake figured out, so why would you worry looping let's say 2nd or 3rd gear on 954???
