could be mistaken but it doesnt look as if there is a motor between that frame.

I bet that looks pretty f'in retarded riding down the street with a huge bar stickin up behind you. I remember back in the days bikes had those little metal loops on the back of them that looked like wheelie bars aka sissy bar. But that was on girls bikes for the most part

lol, and yeah the metal is rusty, But I'm gonna wire brush it, and paint it black. I finished it today, so i just wanted to get out there and use it.

How do i do what? make the bar?
I bought a lil rack that attaches ot your seat post, and then took off the rack,a nd weled on some 16 ga 1" tubing i had lying around, and then weled a 13" peice to that. Waxing the area of contact helps too.
