branding a patient's uterus
Dr. Michael Guiler is shown in this video framegrab image as he appears on NBC's 'Today' show Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2003. Dr. Guiler, a surgeon being sued for branding a patient's uterus with the initials of his alma mater, the University of Kentucky, defended his actions Tuesday as a routine part of a hysterectomy.

It was removed
He only did it to women that had hysterectomies. The organ wasn't even in the persons body and the bitch is suing. How about theirs no more Doctors and the lady dies from cancer. Too many lawsuits towards doctors. I can feel you SHERICE but come on did you know that it was removed and the lady is still trying to sue? Put the thing back in her see how she feels about suing then.

Knowing what i now know i dont think she should get away with any money but he is still a sick bastard for what he did and needs some help. Next time a message is posted like that more information should be given. SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANY MAN, I will now crawl back to under the pile of clothes from which I came forth.

I still don't think it's right. This woman came to this doctor during a very scary and impressionable time in her life, and he's off playing frat jokes. There is no excuse for this kinda behavior, action must be taken. By both the hospital and the AMA. And perhaps she should sue him, let it send a message that this kinda behavior is inexcusable.

It's common practice to mark them. Instead of using l/r to identify which side is whice he uses his schools letters I don't see the big deal
fuggit-why not make dinner out of it. who gives a ****?
