thats what i want to do in the marines, a SAW gunner. but i didn't know that much about it, just that it was a support weapon. but that isnt really a career job, im still thinking about a nice career job in the military.

word of advice if u ever find urself as a truck gunner, link 2 belts together and keep em layed out strait, this might save ur *** when u otherwise would be reloading

"SAW, or Squad Automatic Weapon, was designed for use in small groups of soldiers, giving them the heaver firepower they need to lay heavy cover on a target or to "spray" an enemy in an ambush.
SAW's have been mounted to many vechiles and used as turret. It's 5.56mm round has enough penetration power to get threw most body armor, including caramic body armor and "trauma" plates commony found in soldier's BDUs."

OR!!! he could give an exact description that, with any commoin sense, you could tell that it was most likely copy and pasted, due to the proper puncuation, format etc. etc. there was no reason to call that out, it wasn't like he was trying to act like it came from his mouth.

what it to u that i didnt write my own synopsis on what it was, i snagged up some info on it and pasted it cuz i was late for work but i still wanted the info up for people, but thanks for being the stuntlife police, now i understand why people get mad at u when u talk abouit this and that about stunting, u come at things like u know what the fukk ur tlaking about.

i have a feeling if i get sent over there, thats what i probly would end up being, i have differnt outlook on it tho, i see it as its a posistion that covers the rest of ur convoy, ur the protector, i would feel more at ease that it was me behind that trigger saving my own *** rather then hoping pvt pete wasnt up in the turret. my buddy pat just got back and thats what his job was over there for a 1/4 million miles, he was hit by 3 ieds and is reciving a purple hart for one of them

i see your standpoint, but thats just the thing. that is one DANGEROUS job if your gtting fired at by some infantry. like i saw it on the H channel this guy was in a 50 and killed approx. 50 soldiers before a stray bullet ricocheted off the humvee and caught him under his shin. he got the medal of honor, and it was a good story, too. Basically what im saying is that i dont think i would feel safe enough to perform that duty. too badabout your buddy, thats one medal i dont really want.
