Someone tried to run us off the road!!!

Blue Chevy Blazer, license plate PJV 582, some dude in his 40's or so.. 3 of us were riding up 75, headed to 696 when he cut us off. He saw us coming and changed lanes on purpose, running one of us off on the shoulder, then he flicked him off. We got up next to him, and he changed lanes into us, TWICE!!! Once in the middle lane, once in the right lane.

We followed him to 696 and he got off the van dyke exit.

IF YOU SEE THIS BLAZER, STAY BACK. He's got something against bikes, and he did try to hit us numerous times.

If I see this MF'er again............

Sorry to hear that guys. I'm with merlin, you have the plate. and 3 people that were assulted. I would think a citizens arrest or something like that would be the way to go.

Could any of you point him out in a lineup?

And can anyone run that plate?

It is illegal unless a formal complaint is made....call the state police and have them look into it. They will be able to look into who the guy is and all that fun stuff

Ray,

I did follow him actually, he got onto 696 and then exited off at van dyke. He cut one of us off to get off at Van Dyke, but we were too far from the exit to make it.

BTW, I was down on oakland with you guys yesterday. Your stand ups are lookin really good. I was one of the 3 guys that pulled in later, I was on the F4i with the Repsol Jacket.

Anyway, we were on our way back from there when all this crap happened.

I didn't ride much last year but 2 years ago.... I wouldn't leave home without them.... I've been intentionally ran off the road 2 times and on accident 3 times... if they do it on accident just kick their door or something... but if they do it on purpose they deserve to pay for a new windshield

Ok, guys,

Here is what you do. You have 3 witnesses right?

I just talked with an investigator.

One of the actual "Assualted" person's needs to call

MICHIGAN STATE POLICE
Metro North Post #21

248-584-5740

The investigator said they could either bring him up on a Wreckless Driving, or if the victim's feels this was intentional, the police department may push for an attempted vehicular assult charge.

Now the ball is in your court! Don't just bitch about it. Actually run with this! Make a example out of this Bastard!

Thanks for the help Hellsnat, I'm going to relay this info on to the guy it happened to and make sure he makes a report and that I'm put down as a witness.
