I have a quite a view ways to fix that sort of thing, But my favorite way to fix something like that is to screw it in all the way till it gets snug weld it up solid and wham no leak. Then to empty out your oil for the next change just take out the oil filter and tip the bike on end and it will drain out suficently. Or you can just caulk it, that works to.

BUT!!! IF you angle that bread loaf 45 degrees to the south side you can get a better low side thread of the tap, and be able to raw dog it in for a straight shot of lock down.. Just my thoughts on the matter, but who am I to give advice..

you could try an oversized drain plug. They are self tapping, all you do is screw it in and pour some oil in the case to rise out any shavings. BAM YOUR DONE
