The Rule

The 600cc rule was created as a way of rating a passenger. I ride a Honda 600 F4i and in order to keep up with my friends on their liter bikes (1000cc) I have to run the **** out of my bike. When I ride with a passenger my bike has to work that much harder. So on a 600cc bike the lighter the passenger, the faster I can go.

The 5 parts of the 600cc Rule:

Weight Limit: The passenger must not weigh more that 120 lbs.

Aerodynamics: The passenger's butt must fit on the seat.

Style: The passenger must look good (helps to add style to your bike).

Cushion: The passenger must have a good rack for those long rides (Kind of like a pillow on your back).

Experience: The passenger needs to remain still on the back of the bike and follow the "driver" at the appropriate times.

so whats the 250 rules

The five parts of the 250cc rule:

WEIGHT LIMIT: never carry passengers, your bike cant do it.

AERODYNAMICS: always stay low, thats what the big windshield on your bike is for.

STYLE: never add multi-colored stickers to your bike.

CUSHION: you really dont have shocks to begin with so you better not be a fat assss.

EXPERIENCE: you really dont have any that is why you bought a 250 in the first place.

Its all been in fun I don't take anything personal from you guys anymore.

And part of that is right. This is the first bike I have owned. I had never been on a bike before when I signed the papers. Didn't even know if I would like it. But hell what is $3 grand anyway right.
