It's good for hooking up to the MP3 player but not worth a damn over 95mph.

My X1 works alright,

I just got the new headseat, It's suppose to help with some reduction in noise.

I used it on my cross country trip, and it worked ok. You may not be able to hear what people are saying over 80, but if someone is yelling COP COP COP. for some reason it perks right up! LMAO

And if you wear foam ear plugs it seems to help out dramaticly. (sp)

I had the X1 and X2....they only worked for the first couple days, then quit workeing or only some of the time....I just took it back. Weird though, I have one of the Original HJC communicators that I used for snomobiling and the thing still works flawless at 8 years old.
