i have a chance to move to ohio, dayton to be specific. (i can only move to dayton... military says so)
i was wondering if some people from around that area can give me some info on it.
i am looking for info on what you do and dont like.
what is the stunt bike scene like in dayton.
what about the import/street racing scene.
is the humidity bad?

any other info you can give would be great.

born and raised there. now live in cleveland. just got out of the Army. it is not that bad there. it is 1 hour away from columbus and cincy. there is a couple of spots where groups meet up to ride downtown dayton, but when i took my girlfriend and my bike down we only seen maybe 2 other bikes out (streetbikes). but none of my friends from there ride so we were not in the scene like we are in cleveland. for what it is worth i know some of the guys from WPAFB and they dont really say that nice of stuff about it...but everyone says that about anywhere they are stationed. hope this helps

The Dayon climate give you about 7 months a year to ride.

Crime is high in some areas. The malls kick *** just be out by dark.

There are lots of super-sales and flea market type events.

If you go to a Quaker Steak and Lube on Bike night you'll meet a few thousand other riders. Better then two I guess huh?

winter months suk round here but there is usually somthin to git into sometymes u jus have to look a lil harder than others.

bike scene lacking, humidity bad in summer. not good riding terrain but i still like to ride in 30 degree chill.

well dude i have been to colorado springs..my uncle is stationed there and i live in columbus ohio witch is about a hour east of dayton.... honestly i havent been to datyon much but i have met guys from there that i ride with that drive up here to ride. There is a quaker steak and lube here that is hopping on wednesdays nights starting april 6th for bike night...it is crazy there are at least a thousand riders there. And ill tell you this i see some stunters...not to many good ones but if you are single and you like chicks the girls here eat up dudes with bikes. Its crazy you kinda feel like a star even if you cant stunt you have to beat them off you. If you ever get to ohio hit me up ill show ya the cool spots man...later bro and ride fast!!!

i still havent made up my mind. i have to pick where i wana go by apr 9th, i am just tryin to get info on a few different places.

i want a place that has a good stunt scene more then a car scene.
ill probaly sell my turbo civic and get another bike.
i know other areas in ohio have stunters, but really havent seen anyone from dayton around here..
