You'll need the swingarm, caliper carrier, longer rear brake line from an 05-06, 05-06 rear rim and axle with the factory spacers, the links and dogbone.
You can use your shock and the swingarm pivot axle up front. You can also use your sproket, cush drive and rotor from your 04 rim on the 05-06 rim.
On your 04 swingarm on the right side there is bolt that is square and threaded, you'll need to keep this, you'll also need the dust shield on the right side. (just pry it up with a screw driver)
On the right side of the 05 swingarm, pry the dust shield off and replace it with the one off the 04 one. You will not need anything on the left side. When you put your rear shock in place you'll need to swap out the linkage because the bottom mount for the shock is bigger then the 04's mount. Attach the shock, then the dogbone, links etc..
You'll have to pull apart your chain to run it threw the 05 swingarm. Once you tighten everything down use a plumb bob to make sure that it is centered, which it should be and thats it.
AnyWant me to walk you through an oil change too?
