John remember a while back when Troy was talking and three 6 mafia singin about the devil. Well I have ample amounts of time on my hands so I did a search:
It has been alleged that female voice heard throughout the song is singing words of praise towards Lucifer (Lucifer, You're My King, You're My Father or You Are God, You Are King, Lucifer), adding fuel to the rumor that Three 6 Mafia worships the Devil. This rumor is untrue. The voice is actually a sample from the same Willie Hutch song, "Tell Me Why Our Love Turned Cold", that provided the basis for the rest of the beat. The lyrics are You're my pride, you're my dream, you're my darling. It caused so much controversy that the group rerecorded the track with different lyrics. They eventually reverted back to the old lyrics, feeling that the new lines did not fit in what the song was really about.
