1st post, gotta finish the lip on my tank and then time for some paint

Well, I didn't get to start painting yesterday, because unfortunately we set my dad's busa on fire while grinding on my tank lip

it ruined all the plastics, the tank, his new custom seat, the throttle tube, and a few other small pieces. he had put covers over all four busas to keep the dust off. Luckily the we put the fire out before it spread to the other busas (which were about a foot apart on both sides of his ) or the building insulation.

I got burned on my nose and my hand, from pulling the burning cover off, while it had about a 9 foot flame on it

The bike was about 25 ft from where we were grinding on my tank
