Damn, Thats really a heart wrenching story, My heart goes out to that guys little boy, unfortunately I know what it's like to lose a parent. I'm always a little worried when my Brother goes out on his 954 and all he is wearing is shorts and a t-shirt with no helmet. He needs to realize that you dress for the crash not just the ride.

Real life is me being a single mom.....my daughter is only 21 months old. How could I live with myself if something like that happened to me?
Makes me think I shouldn't ride.....I need to be here for her. She needs a mommy who can get down and play...run around and catch her.
Threads like this really make you think.

Re: Read this...

That story really sucks. I truly feel for his son and his family and wish them the best possible. To everyone out there who rides, wether you stunt or not, WEAR YOUR GEAR!!! all of it, not just a helmet. It will save you

Man that **** is insane, U have to take it though. U know exactly what your getting into every time u ride. Totally true about riding giving you more than it could ever take away. I wouldn't know how to live life if I couldn't ride.
