Was looking around online for trailers and ran across these motorcycle carriers. I know its a dirt bike on the vid, but some on eBay say that thy're "rated up to 600lbs". These seem good since I have an SUV and nowhere really to put a trailer. Was just wondering if anybody on here has had ne experience with them and if they're worth buying. They're pretty cheap....


My "spot" is like 20 some miles away and the last time i rode there, the ride home wasn't fun due to a crash. Not having a trailer is really keeping me from getting my stuff down!

It's hard to say if it will do the job without actually looking at the carrier in person. Some are very well built and can actually do as advertised. I only met one guy who used one for his R6 and he was happy with it.

 

If its rated for a 600lb bike it will do just fine. I rocked one for close to a year

 

Just make sure the bike is always in gear or if you take a sharp turn its gonna roll and hit the back of your truck. I learned that the hard way when a friend loaded his broken bike and left it in neutral
