Hey everyone! I tried searching but couldnt find what i wanted.. I am curious if cops can right u a ticket if you are stuntin in a parking lot? or if they just tell u to leave?

just wondering cuz most parking lots are classified as private property so it should be at the discretion of the owner of the property right?!

or am i totally wrong?

 

the cops do what they wanna do in most cases man.....

 

some cops prefer you keep it in the lots instead of the street, so they don't mess with you.... i've heard that if you got a written concent letter from the owner of a property, then you're good. but i dunno.....

 

written consent from owner would be legit, but the owner who does that better require you have insurance, cause you're going to get hurt and he'd be liable if there wasn't some form that states "at your own risk" and blah blah blah...

your best bet, call an attorney and ask a shitload of questions, they have forms and contract agreements on file for that kind of thing, then, find the owner and ask him to sign it. then keep it with you when the cops roll up. then tell em to **** off
