New to stunting and wheeling

I am new to stunting. I have been trying to get to twelve. I turned my idle up i just cant get it back. Is it better to try standing up or sitting down. I am more comfortable sitting down. I have a heavy foot also, i just keep slamming down. I want to work it out. Anyone has any tips to get it back or do i just say forget it and clutch it up and try to catch it with my back brake.
