im not so new here i've been ghosting the forums for awhile but this is my first post. Waiting to take my MSF course at the end of august and to graduate from school and get a real job to buy a bike (to many bill, not enough dough to afford one now.)

 

Welcome to SL If you wait around and use a little patience, you can find the right bike for the right price. Insurance could be the biggest problem pending age, but I picked up my first bike for $600, my first sportbike for $1500 4 years ago with 12k miles on it

 

21 years old ........i go to college..graduate in december and hopefully find a job somewhere......i can't even afford $600 right now working 30 hours/and going to school. SCHOOL SU KS.........and to add insult to injury i just foundout i won't get a refund check to help pay my rent for housing so im gonna have to pay that to

 

Could be worse, I couldn't afford that 1.5 yrs after I graduated, finally got moved up to the next level in my career to afford stuff

 

well that gives me hope.............

 

being in school sucks the hell outta your wallet. i feel ya man.
