In a few days it will be my 5th year on ebay, I am not trying to rip anyone off, and I have many sales with positive feedback.
I listed the parts for a my sisters husband, but kept them in my possesion and told Dave that they possesion until after the sale so if the items sold he could not change his mind about selling them. A sale on ebay is a legally binding contract and if they sold I wanted to be sure they where. I did not ship the frame. I gave the money to the original owner already who went to ship the items and now my account in the negatives and I never seen it coming. I know he has paperwork for the frame. I think you went overboard with the claim and all that. I know David well, he is my sister's husband and I will talk with him today to see if something was forgotten.

I don't give a **** if Barak Obama shipped it, you listed the item and you are responsible. If you want to man up and ship the ******* title, then I will drop the dispute WHEN THE TITLE IS IN MY ******* HAND! This isn't kindergarden and you don't get credit for trying to get the owner to send me the title.
P.S. The past tense of "see" is "saw" not "seen" you ignorant ****!
