Dear Truckers
We rolled out Company Achievements on Thursday last week and added a small optimization to how contracts work. Unfortunately this code interacted with the legacy Trukz code in an unexpected way and bad things ensued. Specifically, the contract bidding system broke quite spectacularly. These changes were rolled back on Friday evening and we have been compensating players who got burned (if you lost out on a contract please post your details on the forums here)
It goes without saying that we're incredibly sorry about this.
So, how did this happen? Basically, there was some code in the game which we weren't aware of, which we missed in testing. We've now checked this and will *very* cautiously be rolling it out on Monday (today).
I mentioned contracts above. We're also in the process of adding several new features to the contracts system:

- Contracts specifically for smaller companies
- Contracts for individual players (experimental)
- High Risk/Reward contracts (experimental)
