rules of the cb:
The definition of CB radio abuse is as follows:

A.) Any sort of spamming. Ex.:
1.) Posting the same thing over and over (in the same channel or over many different channels);
2.) Posting gibberish over and over;
3.) Other things along the lines of 1 & 2.

B.) Any sort of recruiting for another company (including advertising for drivers to join your company and advertising for drivers to buy company stock).
As it says in the rules, CB radio recruitment is not allowed.

C.) Offensive comments
1) Offensive language
2) Word filter evasion
3) Rude or inappropriate comments
4) Linking to offensive content

where he calls you an arsehole, he breaks rules number 1, 2, and 3 in section C, and doesnt get banned for it.

I tried this and all they would say is that they talked to him about it. As far as all the rest, all I am getting from mods is that it is being handled. If I were you though, I would point out that Neal gets banned for saying a lot less than arsehole. No matter how you look at it, it isn't borderline, that is the word they use in England or whereever he is from. Therefore, he should be banned for filter evasion. Perhaps maybe you could point out that because he seems to be friends with the mods that they are giving him special treatment?
