I would think you could make a structure type thing . So you heat up the bar and push it against it to create the 2 bottom end curves . Then bend the top hand bends by hand . And then weld in a cross bar .

Tech
  • The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
  • omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

never bend steel tubing with heat it makes it weak unless you heat treat it

You guys seen the 04 636 for sale right ?

I just re read it and i find this kind of unusual

04 636 orange in color, 13,xxx miles, clean title, light rash, broken stay, cut down windshield, cut down muzzy pipe, runs amazing but could use a power commander, flipped clipons, tail section painted black after accident , fender eliminator(orange), solo cowl and seat included. i will also include a stack of takeoffs with the sale of the bike... stock gearing never stunted

Cut windshield
Cut down muzzy pipe
flipped clip ons
tail section painted black after accident (if you look at his pic , its zip tied together)

Yet he says it's never been stunted
