My brother still works as a broker and I think he said something about the US Regulatory bodies stepping in with regards to unlicensed activity overseas. Be careful trading though. You could lose everything as quick as you can make it. I'm thinking about getting into trading again. I'd love to do that for a living and not have to deal with clients or employees.
