clocked eMachines w2785 (AMD 2.4 Gb CPU) with 2gb of memory and 256mb video card
i think i spent $500 on the total machine. bought the base unit from a pawn shop. the only thing is the hard drive only has 80GB so you gots to keep up on the defrags if you download and delete alot of stuff...
also get a program called TuneUp Utilities 2006.. **** is DA BOMB. it fixes registrty, program, and scrpit errors in one click. plus you can delete everything from the startup prgrams and optimize everything for performance. its the ****. my stuff ran so much faster after i started using this. also use firefox browser. cable internet. YAAY

actually its got a pretty haggard cooling system to keep it from overheating and shutting off (they shut off at a predetermined main board temp)...
i jsut flipped it on ist side.. took the cover of and have an oscilating fan directly on top of it! HAGGARD!
wish i had a digi cam that worked to show you the haggard effectiveness!
