I tried front peg early on and thought I was going to die...so I never tried them again for a long time. but after I had 12's and was really smooth with the brake for some reason I thought about doing them again and bam front peg standup bp first try. I just had way better brake control than I did before. you do have to hang off the bars a lot more there's no real benefit to doing it, it's just something different

yeah staggered is the way to go, if you get too far back it's easier to hit the brake and pull yourself forward on the bike.

I can't scrape in front pegs when I try to go that far back it's like trying to hold your legs straight out in front of you on a pull up bar
