Question Dirt bars or Clip-ons?

This winter I will be going Streetfighter with my f4i. For all you people who use or have tried dirt bars. Tell me, what are the advantages or disadvantages of having dirt bars vs clip-ons? When I go down/wreck with dirt bars or clip-ons which holds up better? Will I have to get longer brake lines for dirt bars and can I use my stock throttle and levers and ish like that? I have been looking at triple clamp conversion kits, for the price of buying the necessary parts will it worth it? Or should I just keep my clip-ons. Another Important thing to throw into the mix is that I will also be buying a gpr stabilizer. This could be trouble when it comes to mounting on a triple clamp. I know I can have full throttle inc. fabricate a triple that will work, but as I said before would it be worth the extra . Any help would be great.

Re: Dirt bars or Clip-ons?

My boy and I just converted over to the darkside.. total cost = $39.99+ tax (Rentals on sale). All wires, cables, lines = stock. Mounts? Used some old Enduro Engineering barkbuster clamps I had from moto days (make great risers).

Dirtbars here, love em. Takes a few days to get used to but after that, you're set.
