Re: municiple stadium

It would have been nice if they would have just let you ride instead of setting up those stupid little challenges.

Re: municiple stadium

Damn, I thought it was pretty straight except for peolpe stealing **** at the show. I thought the ride to mainstreet was bad@ss. I've personaly never riden with that many sportbikes before so I was straight. It looked like we were taking over daytona. Length wise I thought the riding area was long e-nuff and for the width it was 2-lanes wide. The people who knew what they were doing were able to do circles fine. At one time they had like 7 riders ALL doing cirlces at once.
there were alot of riders for that area so it was somewhat congested.
As for the price to get it. Money not really an issue with me to got to a event. Promotars have to make there money and pay people to work there as well. It opened at 11 am and went to midnite. So to me If I wanted to ride in the event 20 isn't a problem I don't know about any one else. and for spectators they should expect to pay 10-15 dollars. Just my 02. cents

Re: municiple stadium

Damn.

I am suprised that you all felt that way.

I am a new stunter and was happy to get the chance to see some tricks up close.

I think I learned alot about clutching it up while I was there.

I didn't think that $15 was too much to pay. I had a fun time.

It was kinda neat to see how different the scene was vs. the rest of Daytona.

I had my $35K Nitrous Running Chopper there sitting on a fat car tire.

I think if the bike was on fire no-one would even toss their soda on it for me.

Anyway I thought it was great!

The best trick I saw was this

Dude pulls a 12 and climbs on top of the bike and stands on top of the headlight.

Damn!! How could anyone do a better trick than that?

Re: municiple stadium

I thought it was a pretty good experience. If you paid $15 and got there at 11am when it opened you had all day to hangout, ride, drink, etc all in a "Legal" environment. If you know Daytona like I do that is the best part, because those cops write the gayest tickets I have ever heard of. The main spot to ride wasn't that great, but the long stretch of road in the back wooded area was pretty cool. Glen(Promoter) easily dumps $10,000+ of his own money into this event to give us a legal spot to hang out at and not get chased-out every 20min at some local joint. Looking at it in that perspective $15 isn't that much to fork out...unless you would rather hit the street and get a $75 like Peyton for not having rear blinkers .

Re: municiple stadium

Wasn't there but if he was sitting on the headlight that's called a watchtower. If he was standing on his headlight (not on the cage) that's called the Guardian.
