im part of an up and comin team and we are doing shows and now starting to do am comps .. can anyone give me some tips or anybody have any experince trying to get sponsorship when your not known in the stunt world..

but anyway we have a promo vid to give out i was wondering if ppl have better luck at loc places or tried big sponsors and had luck w/ them

 

Make a short promo/ trailer , good footage and editing so its looks very professional, so u have footage on hand, a whole video takes awhile. Hit the local bike shops, there always lookin to give away parts for puttin a few stickers on your bike. I would start small, its really hard to get major sponsors,,,, just my experience. press press press...get in as many newspapers and magazines as possible....it's called "self Promotion" there are some experts out there that know all about this........and try to steer clear of doing shows for free.......cause once you want to start getting paid for shows, it's hard to ask for money after you have been doing it free for a period......i know a couple groups like that.....

p.s.---also try to keep your group drama off the internet....every group has drama, just dont advertise it all over the place:-)
