Do GP boys got skills?

Do GP boys got skills?
What do you think, do GP riders got some real stunt skills. I saw GP stunt show vid (factory riders) and it was pretty lame. All they did was standups and seat standers (maybe some bad flamingos, I don't remember). So? comments?

cmon now, of course they got skills...yoiu saw them doing wheelies on unbelievable bikes with waaay too much power for the normal human being...but more importantly, AFTER a long race...ever tried doing anything with finesse after a long race? try doing a moto with your dirtbike and then try and brush your teeth!!

hmm. yeah. i'm thinkin with 250 hp most people are gonna be looping the **** out of those bikes cuz they're coming up so fast. i have motogp 2003, and those riders have ****ing MAD skills.. rossi owns all.

well first off apperently those bikes are fairly hard to wheelie. just because they hae so much power and the have all sorts of computers hooked up to the throttle so as to not loop the **** out of them. but i think that they are not bad considering i really doubt that they ever get a chance to get out and just practice stuntin.

Re: Do GP boys got skills?
GP riders basicly have the greatest control of a sportbike of all riders..im sure with practice they could stunt the **** out of bikes but it would prolly effect their racing careers which they make fine *** $$$ so why try to be a stunter?

Re: Do GP boys got skills?
I'm sure they would be deadly on some geared up stunt bikes with some practice. The MotoGp riders are the most talented riders on the earth. With some time and instruction they could kill it - I bet they'd lack style though....

they are the best at what they do. and lemme tell everyone who doesnt know: racing is waaaay more difficult than stunting. riding wheelies and endos is pretty easy compared to what those guys are doing. now the elite riders in any discipline have supreme control over their machinery, but those guys take the cake...this is coming from a racing/stunting perspective-expert in both.
i don't think the motogp bikes (or any bike for that matter) have computer controlled anti wheely devices...things like slipper clutches, or computer controlled damping controls, ya...but nothing to prevent the bike from going over backwards-that is the rider, and only the rider...
i wish i was racing....

Re: Do GP boys got skills?
even though these guys have supreme skill, they still need to practice stunts...you don't know how many times i've watched guys win races and then toss it trying to do a rolling burnout! lol
last year in Iowa at the XSBA round, my travelling buddy Scott Greenwood (National Champ in 600 supersport) just about ended his season simply trying to RIDE my RR in highchair--i've never laughed so hard in my life. so yes, some of them SUCK!!!, but the gp guys i'm sure hold it down!!
