Got slow, but not fast?

Got slow, but not fast?
OK.... first of all, I'm not mentioning names, and this isn't meant to be a dig at anybody. But, last weekend, I had a conversation that I thought was surprising. I was talking to a friend who can do slow wheelies, but not fast, e-way stuff.
I guess, that would make more sense, to learn that way. Safer too, obviously... but I just never knew anybody had slow, before they had fast..

Re: Got slow, but not fast?
it seems like a lot of the new riders these days are starting off with the slow stuff, which I think is really good. They learn brake control right off the bat and they don't have that fear of being past balance point. I started stunting back in 01 and back then everything was fast. When 12o'clocks came around it was tough at first to get over the height thing and it was also tough to learn the brake. I've noticed a lot of fiddy riders and bmx'ers pick up the slow stuff pretty fast.

PS. I hit the bar today. Then I crashed...
