still plenty of time (a month and a half) to change the payouts...'pro' and amateur with similar payouts is foolish imo. why would you compete pro when you can sandbag for the same money???
still time! lol

you got the support no doubt! i'm hoping this event is on the national schedule for 2005!!!
the payout numbers don't concern me, the payout appropriation do...there is nothing preventing people from sandbagging besides themesleves, which in the past, has not proven to be a very good deterrent;
also so i've honed my skills all the way around and only make 200/100/50 bucks more than the amateur who has been riding for two months??...ditch the amateur payouts and add them to pro-in both indiv freestyle and stoppie!!
how come there is no pro/amateur in long coaster, or burnout, or team...
not hating, just trying to stir the fire a little to see what others think, ihave my view point and like to hear others!
If Thomas is associated with this event, i have no doubt it will be a success-i've worked with him in the past and he knows his stuff, so you can bet it will be a very well run competition...hopefully i can make it!!!

also here is how am & pro is determibed:
if you have placed in 3 amateur events your considered pro

Re: Battle in the south....(durty south)
umm so practice is on friday at Montgomery Motorsports Park?
i tried workin something out with the dragstrip owner down here, but the track has been closed this whole year, and so he has no insurance on the track, and he cut off the power to it, if it wasnt for those two things we would of had a practice spot on Fri. from 12 to about 10 or 11 pm.
