ouch

just wondering if this **** has ever happened to anyone else... went out last night clutched up 2nd gear about 15 mph, just like any other night....well except this time when i went to take the turn onto the on ramp to the highway, i brought the bike back and in a split second my brake gave out...pedal went all the way down, it came back on the bar and i lost it, so now i'm layed up on the couch with a hole the size of a quarter in my elbow right to the bone, some of my tats are garbage now...i think my master cylinder gave out, this was no brake fade either, that **** just wasn't there.

Re: ouch

Replace the stock fluid and bleed the brakes. GSXR's are notorius for brake fade.

Usually the master cylinder that you learn slow *****'s on is gonna go out cuz, when u first learn the rear brake u ride the sh*t out of it, and boil the fluid, piston cup, and seal. It happened to me once. I always test em before I clutch it up or on the way up now. You need a master cylinder rebuild kit, its easy to install...

well the only thing good about that would be that it would most always come back down when the clutch pops. but then you'd probably go over the front, and that sh*t hurts too
