i have a zx10, and in my opinion it is the best sport bike made to date. quicker then a busa but lighter then most 600's.

only bad thing about it i have noticed is the steering head angle, on high stopies it will get some violent head shake, i don't have a steering damper yet, so i don't know how that will help.

the other bad thing about making a real stunt bike out of a 10 is that used parts are not out there yet. if you want a stunt only bike, but a GSXR1000, you can interchange parts from 600's 750's and 1000's, and there are parts all over ebay for GSXR's
but if you want the best of everything, massive power, road race ability, street riding and stunting i would get a 10R.
