stunt park

looks like the stunt park is gona happen, i close tomorow - zero money down and i have 25 grand equity in the house im selling so im getting a bobcat and a 20 by 400 asphalt strip - steve at www.fmxschool.com and his boys are paying for the foam pit - will also have three fmx ramps that steve has and a big *** 50 track - land has big *** cotton wood trees that im putting stadium lights up in,

i got the house for an incredible deal - theres only 1 neighbor and hes like 3000 feet awy threw the woods - the only kickere is he is an enviromental conservation lets go build animal habitats nut - his website is www.riverrefuge.com - hes going to **** himself the first day i get there i have 10 guys lined up with 5 chain saws and a bulldozer

Awesome idea. Definitely keep posting pictures as things come together. Am I the only person who notices the similarities between that house and the farmhouse Patrick Swayze stayed in, in the movie "Road House"?

Now you need some pool ques to crack over people's heads, and rip out throats! Ok ok... stick to the track idea....

ya he might be a problem but im gona but up a wall between us and theres train tracks that are like 20 ft off the property line and a hi way 20 ft past that so he is used to it being noisy - we will see

they quoted me 10,000 for 20 by 400 and a circle area of about 50 by 40
