First No-Hander

since none of my normal friends seem to understand wtf im talkin about wen i tell them, and im stoked so i wanna tell sum1, so ya i did my first no-handers today. they sucked my best one was maybe 4 seconds. i am doin with my foot on the seat, i still turn right alot in that position but i am gettin better and more consistant. i cant wait to go out 2morro and practice more. :YEAH :YEAH :YEAH

ok.....newbie here......whats a no hander? In mountain biking its when your in the air and u take ur hands off, but that dude was talkin about his feet being on the seat...

Yeah bro, I hear ya. I was doing the same thing today. Got my first no handers (sitdown) today. I feel them better than stand ups. Been doing them for a few weeks but don't like the feeling.

when in a wheelie position you take your hands off the bars and control the wheelie with just rear brake and body weight

dont have ne pics. ill get sum this week. there is mass at the church we practice at 2nite so i cant get ne 2nite. but maybe ill get sum 2morro. ill try

Nice pics man. I don't have any good ones (pic) yet. All I worked on this weekend were long scrapes and sitdown no handers.
