MISSING THE POINT "MTV"
I think everyone who speaks badly of this is missing the bigger picture.
Corporate America sees this and sees the interest people have in the sport.
They also see how hard it is to make it with out Corporate Sponsors.
The important thing is ratings, so the video has to be entertaining.
Drama is why America watches most REAL LIFE shows. Example Orange County Choppers,All they do is yell at each other. You have to take the good with the bad. Great job Drew!!! Its hard to get exposure like that. One step
closer to bringing this sport to a new level.....And props to Geared up for
a awesome take on real life issues of a stunt rider....

But it wasn't enertaining drama. It was boring. Seems to be that when people try to explain motorcycle culture the point never makes it to the people. Look at boxoffice numbers for Torque and Biker Boyz now compare it to Fast and Furious. Guys just don't it. You need a gimmic and you take someone elses.

Torque was ridicullous though that really had nothing to do with anything....i never met someone who could ride a bike off of a moving train....but that is another convo for another time

Re: MISSING THE POINT "MTV"
FINALLY.....someone with some god damn COMMON sense around here!!!!
This is the only post even worth responding too. Drama is everywhere and obviously draws attention. ****, I bet if there wasn't any drama MTV would have probably pulled the plug. I am beginning to think that some of you homos would have rather liked to watch them hold hands to their pratice spot and take showers together.?.
It is called "True Life" for a reason and Drama with in teams is a True as it gets. I still can't really say anything negative about this show and thought it was well presented in the time frame they had. Some people will just never be happy and always feel compelled to say something negative.
Once again....Good job Drew and to the teams involved in it!

Re: MISSING THE POINT "MTV"
i think alot of people were expecting more of a stunt video than wat it actually was. it was meant to show that we are tryin to make this a sport and trying to make it main stream, not to show off some ones skills. i think it gave a lot of people who had no idea why i pass them at 75mph on one wheel on the highway understand a lil better
