Re: another thread about MTV
and by gayness I mean all of the penny ante criticisms
the show was the show
most exposure we have ever had....TRUE LIFE
not enough street, too much street he was being a dick, he was a pansy
who cares?
email MTV and say some **** instead of posting on here
as a matter of fact email the X games and Gravity at the same time and let them know you just watched it
then we can all be gay/********* who whine and bitch too much on TV some more

Re: another thread about MTV
no chit...ur/they/anyone who cares about it, is lucky it made it to mtv!
mtv is just a tad bit bigger than you think....
still aint no espn/xgames material...image is everything
when they talk about major players in the x games, t pastrana for example...
all they talk about is how clean his image is and how easy it is for him to get sponsors
being "gangsta" aint gonna get you to the xgames
smile...

i thought it was really good, an hour on mainstream television, i liked the whole thing, i thought Tony came off like too much an *******, which he is NOT, he may be to some, but tony was making some valid points, and so was kyle, i dunno, 36 million people got to see what were about, now what are we going to do with it?

Re: another thread about MTV
well hopefully this will have opened people's eyes a lil more to what we are all about ,we needed some sort of media coverage, and not the news out trying to get a good story and then turning it around on us, I was impressed but I am curious as to people who aren't connected with all of us what their take on it was, not bias opinions, cause that is all who matters any way, they are going to be our future spectators......

i agree about the Tony thing.. but knowing that i have met him in person i didnt reflect on his "attitude" on the show.
I think the show was the biggest boost this sport has ever seen and will open a ton of new avenues!!!
Drew Stone deserves a big Thank You from everyone in the Stunt community as do the guys in the show. I feel the Chris and Aaron did a great job and show what its really like in the day to day routine.. Work, ride, sleep repeat!!
Last comment.. U cant please everyone all the time.. but in this case u pleased me and thousands of others!!!
Good work and hats off too everyone involved!!!

Re: another thread about MTV
I think it was an OK show. I really liked the insight to the lives of the riders, what they do 8-5 and how they keep in shape and all that. I think that they focused a little too much on the "professional" level of riders. PBR was awesome and I can really relate to Geared Up in a lot of ways. I liked how they focused on the different types of riders. I wished they would have showed a little more of the aftermath of wrecking and how that plays a part in some team's downtime. I thought it was very well done and showed a lot of things that can happen to a team. My team definately benefited from it. I feel they kinda showed Tony as the "Bad Guy" but everyone has different opinions and if that means going your own way then so be it. Kyle is still one of my stunt heros and always will be. I liked the coverage of stuntwars. So good job and thanks for the coverage.

Re: another thread about MTV
all I have to say is 36 million viewers do you know how large that audience is??? I think its worth it if even 1 person say "damn, thats cool as fu(k" and come on here and checks stuff out or learns to ride or tells their friends......or whatever.
