You mean idle tricks? Whenever you want, just be lighter on the brake in higher gears.

wat i meant is that when u have a pizza sized rear sprocket on a 1k bike do u still rock idle stuff in frist?

if your gonna use 2nd gear because your sproket is so big that first is way too hard to control, then instead of using 2nd, get a smaller sproket, cause when your in 2nd your changin the gearin as though you had a smaller sproket, plus i mean 1st gear=20 blocks

i can clutch my f3 up in 2nd from almost a standstill, and im only -1/+3, i just have to give it a little bounce first... and thas with 36 psi in the rear..

Dont waste time being afraid of first cause its "too twitchy" and then try 2nd hoping to get a smoother wheelie. First is really sensetive but you just gotta deal with it and get to where you dont need the throttle and let the idle take over.

And the bigger sprockets just make your wheelie that much slower.

hehe im not, i can 12 now and do almost all the slow stuff too on a stock f4 i just heard that some ppl with big *** sprcokets are rockin 12s in 2nd gear and i find it kinds stupied do wat merk said!!

I looks like you missed Merk's point... but anyways, rock the idle in whatever gear you want. If you wanna creep use 1st. If you wanna drop some jaws at the spot and do some fast no handers, use high gears.
