Sprocket question for newbie...

Well... I got lucky! I just bought an 02 gixxer 750 with crash cage and 12 bar (both from 905) for 2500 bucks! Also has a rear sprocket on it. The guy told me it was up 20 teeth. he used it to rock slow ****. My question is this... Is having stock up front, and +20 in the rear gonna make this bike impossible to ride quickly? not that I wanna do any crazy fast stuff... but I wouldn't mind goin kinda quick... like 2nd gear standups and stuff. Thanks in advance. also, if there are any other sprocket setups you think I'd be better with throw those out too! Thanks

Jon
