dude I was gonna do that last year, showed up with the trailer and everything, the place is swarming with cops, you will do about 2 wheelies before getting arrested, but your used to that anyway!

Maybe someone should just ask to put a free demo on! If you were gonna go gorrilla and risk getting arrested, what difference would it be to contact the organisers and ask to put a free demo on... at least you wouldnt get arrested and maybe they will do a small interview... then shout it this out;

"WHO IN THE CROWD WANTS TO SEE SOME COMPETITION STUNTRIDING IN THE X-GAMES?"

Whats the worst they can say to you for asking to put on a demo... NO!

Try your luck... and if somebody has already tried that approach, then give the gorrilla attack a go, take a camera too at least that way if you get jacked... you got something to watch later!

thats a great idea but you guys really should ask them first and if they say no just go for it. but dont go do 30 circles followed by 20 circles and then a very slow technical trick. do a high speed strangler where someone is just hangin off the bike. wheres it at, im going to go tape that.

I think it would be a good idea to try and get permission from the cops, ask them to give you 10 mins in a section of the parking lot, wouldn't hurt.

 

And why wont EXPN get back to anyone about this? For Christ sake, they had Super Modified Shovel Racing at the Winter X when it started. Stunting is still cooler than Street Luge, and they already have the MX guys in there, it seems like a logical choice. We were at Winter X a couple of years back in Aspen and security was pretty tight. My ? Get a group of guys together with some skills and see if there is someone importaint out there who you can talk. Ask if you could put on a short demo for someone importaint and put it on in a parking lot. The croud will gather like it always does, EXPN will see a new market and next year, they will be calling you. We need to make sure this activity is thought of as a sport, not just some hot **** crotch rocket guys trying to come up with more creative ways to kill themselves.

i would stay away from the asking the cops anywhere near the beach or LA. you guys will have your bikes towed before you get your front wheel off the ground. and then if they say no and you go and do it, they will **** themselves and probably end up beating someone. stick to finding a big exec and ask him. then say *** it if he says no.

 

Perhaps a bail fund would be appropriate just in case... Id donate 25$ =)
