Bike's down, depressed?

Okay, so I live in Manhattan, KS a town of 60,000 during the school year, and 40,000 during the summer. I work and go to school fulltime. I've been working on slow stuff, and scraping for a few weeks now, and although I have been making alot of progress, it is inevitable that there will be wrecks from time to time, and every single mechanic, or dealership within 100 miles are entirely incompetent. I am good with fixing bikes, but not great. I had a really nasty wreck today (for the bike) and totally destroyed my cage. then there was a bunch of electrical problems, and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to ride until I could get a hitch and trailer and bring the bike to Wichita, or KC. Fortunately I got it running on my own. What I am coming to in this post is just to ask if it hits everyone as hard as it hit me today when I thought I wasn't going to be able to ride for a couple of weeks? anyone got any stories?

Re: Bike's down, depressed?

Yeah I curently can't ride cuz of crash month ago. That was my second bad crash and my dad says he's gonna sell the bike after it's repaired (it's almost done). So now I have to buy myself a bike. Hopefully I'll collect some 2000 euros for some old 1990. cbr 600 and put a big sprocket and cage so I can finaly learn slow stuff good. Well hopefully I'll have the money till next summer.

As of right now I cry myself to sleep every night... and I wake up to the sound of my own screams thanks to my last crash that has me unable to ride for at least the next 6 weeks.

I got one. I didn't crash but now I'm going on my 7th month since my F4i was stolen. Like a dumbass I was financing it and didn't get full coverage so now I'm paying 9g's for it. I can't get one until I build up my credit and after this next winter so it won't be till next Febuary or March (over a year) till I can ride again.
