Of course I have, I started on a lil old sv650s pullin highway wheelies as long as I want. Now I've slowed it down to learn something new, I like a challenge. I figure I've learned it and it'll stay with me. I'm still in college and I don't make enough to have a lawyer, so I want to keep my DL. I would love to make some money by doing shows, but what do you think the owner of a bike shop or a local track thinks when they sees your crew projected in a negitive way. I have no problem with doing highway ****, it's just that your group gets on there and makes all sport riders not just stunters look like all we do is 160mph plus, taunt cops, and do wheelies in the on-coming lane. I hate cops to, FTP them all but lets go forward with this sport.

I don't need to do tricks on the highway to get women; thats like flauntin cash in front of a girl to get her number, when you know she's just going to talk to you cuz you have money. I know Goose and from what I've seen he's a good guy and friend and I've never met Darrel so don't take it like I'm dissrespecting him. I just wish your crew would be a lot smarter with the interviews you do. If it would have been an interview about how you are taking this off the roads and onto a closed track that would have been cool. I may have overreacted by dissrespecting your crew but just think about what your projecting to someone who has no clue what this is all about.

Yea I can understand that, I'd do that to if a car swerved into me cuz they weren't paying attention, but the new guys just made it sound like we just go around causing trouble.

There's this guy in my town that is a twisties rider. sick as f-ck and doesn't put up w/ car BS ever we were riding through some 15mph traffic at 20 and some jackass decided to open his door and stop us....dude hits his door panel and f-cks it up then grabbed the driver's seat belt and stomped his rear brake....tell ya what...that cager won't f-ck around again....scared the **** out of me

As far as the arbitration of this issue goes I'm 50/50. When I have interviews and such like when discovery channel came to tape out club they had me explain my opinions on certain things. of course I said " we try to keep all the tricks on legal property because we are trying to change the image of the sport etc. and the police respect us for that. keeps more people safe and fewer kids die due to emmulation of us." Works out well

then we go and ride freeway wheelies for an hour. it's not the fact that ya shouldn't ride like an *** on the street...it's just that having people hold you in high regards is good for the sport's progression while remaining annonymous and insane on the street is fun

Allright...now I'll address this in more of a "professional" manner...OFFICIALLY Jeff Ballion (the investigator who did the peice) told me to my face that we were supposed to be demonstrating the flip side or legitimate side of the sport of freestyle...so we kinda got hosed on this peice too. In a way, I understand your issues...and as a matter of fact, the FIRST thing I said to Jeff was "HERE'S THE DEAL, WE DONT WANT TO PROMOTE OR SOUND LIKE WE ENCOURAGE STUPID KIDS RUNNING AROUND THE ROADS DOING THIS SH*T! PEOPLE CAN GET HURT AND I KNOW MORE THAN ONE RIDER WHO WAS KILLED GOOFING OFF LIKE THAT." If you've met Goose, then you know...he doesn't sound/act like that...but the peice was OBVIOUSLY edited in a way where our words were twisted. That being said, I am NEVER one to apologize for my crew...Darrel does his thing but now that he's a part of our crew (love him or hate him) I HAVE to catch his back and it's what I intend to do...and don't act like I haven't shaken your hand or Teddy's...and you cat's aren't even part of our crew, but if someone came outta the woodwork talking smack, then you better believe I'd catch your backs too...when it comes to this news report, I'm just trying to see the good in it...kinda like the glass is half full...and I can understand your complaints, but rest assured...I handed Channel 9 TRACK footage from our performance at BIR and I guess SOME street stuff got mixed in to the tape...I take responsibility for handing over street footage, but to be honest, I was under the impression that I had made our stance on street riding known, therefor I wasn't being too discriminating with the footage when I handed it over...even when I handed the footage over to Jeff's assistant, he asked me what was coolio and I told him it was cool to use the track footage...I'm NOT going to raise a big stink about it, but I wont tolerate my team name being dragged thru the mud cause of some news story that went weird....to be honest, now that it's over and there's nothing I can do about it...it's kinda funny, kinda cool and I am known to bust out street shyt frequently so if someone has to take the heat on it then just rip on me...Darrel's just young, dumb and full of c*m just like I was when I was his age and no one could have told me different when I was that young so I dont hate on him...Goose sounded like a mad street raging wheelie rider with an attitude and anyone who knows him knows that he aint like that at all...nothing I ever said even made it on the news...why do you think that is? It's cause what I had to say involved NOT promoting street shyt...in any case...sorry if I was an ******* in my response to you...We just roll with the punches and make lemonade when we're handed lemons...the flip side is, I cant leave my house without being recognized, so for me, I consider it promotionally advantageous....and in response to the "kicking at cars" crap...think about it...that's referring to people signaling lane changes with their feet and someone in a car thinking that it's some kinda threat...you have to filter the story with a fine tooth comb and it's kinda funny to think how the general public sees us...lol...kicking at cars and guard rails...lol

whoa... ok where in that video did negativity come out??

That **** was tight, and if anything it put a face on the bike riding on the street with one wheel up. Its not like he was spitting out blood with KISS makeup on chanting devil chants..

Am I missing something

Rock on man, do your thing, that was GOOD publicity in my eyes.

Yea I figured channel 9 would do something like that. I've heard of other stories being jacked up in the wrong way from them. Well it's all said and done and I see that you guys weren't acting like they portraid you to be. Once again the middle man ****s it up.

Cameron, Is this how you really feel about us???

If so drop me a PM so we can talk about it, or call me. Please don't defame us publicly, I would not do that to you and I would expect the same in return.

Thanks,
Goose

Re: Another bad piece of negitive publicity on TV

stunting in the streets isn't new, stunting started there, these guys aren't exactly doing what none of us have.

People always paint a bad picture of sport bikers. Who here hasn't been pulled over for some stupid **** you'd have been fine doing in your car? Sport bikes look like targets to cops.
