clutches

I think my clutch is jacked. My bike wont do 2nd gear sitdowns anymore unless i rev the hell outta it like almost redline then just snap the throttle. Sounds like its slippin when it tries. its stock gearing now and barely does standups either. Anyone know if warranty will cover clutches i doubt it but has anyone got away with it. I'll just have to get some plastics to put on it and take the bar and cage off try to get some free clutches.

Re: clutches

nah, 90% of the time, unless its a known problem on a specific model, they wont do ****. Its a wear and tear item. If I were a dealer/manufactuer, I wouldnt be giving free clutches to people who abuse them lol.

www.bikebandit.com
you can buy OEM honda parts here
or go to barnett clutches, and they have pretty good kits.

I have honda steels, honda friction discs, and EBC springs.
